Who is responsible
OXFORDER LLC, registered in Uzbekistan, is responsible for the information collected through this website. For any question about this notice, write to info@oxforder.uz.
What we collect
- What you type
- Your name, email address, organisation if you give one, the topic you select and the message you write.
- Operational data
- Technical information needed to deliver the site and prevent abuse, including rate-limiting records derived from your IP address. The address itself is stored only as a salted hash.
- Why
- To read and reply to your message, and to keep the form usable by blocking automated abuse. Nothing else.
- What not to send
- Do not send confidential client, patient, student or case material through this form. It is an ordinary email channel, not a secure legal or medical system.
Who processes it
This site is hosted on Vercel. Contact messages are delivered by Resend, and rate-limiting records are held by Upstash. Each processes data on our instructions in order to run the service.
We use privacy-preserving analytics that count page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. The contact form never sends your name, email, organisation or message text to analytics.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is relevant, and then deleted. Rate-limiting records expire automatically within hours.
If you would like your message deleted sooner, ask and we will do it.

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to info@oxforder.uz.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the site after that point means the current version applies.
